All orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packed within 1-3 business days. Shipping may be delayed by a few days if we encounter a large order. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

If not in stock, all US pre-orders will have to wait approximately 1-3 months. Packages will arrive within 3-7 business days if they are in stock.

What are duties and taxes and who pays them?
Import duties are imposed by the local government, mainly (but not only) to protect the local economy and regulate international trade. Customs clearance and payment of import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. PETPETGIFTS is not responsible for customs procedures or any taxes charged to you when your purchases are delivered. Remember, import tax is not the same as shipping added to your order until you confirm your purchase. Import duties are not part of PETPETGIFTS and are usually collected by the carrier on behalf of your local customs authority.
