What are the PRTPETGIFTS shipping options?

Zone1

US， Australia,  UK


Freight：

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $69

  • Standard Shipping:  $4.99
  • Expedited Shipping: $50

     

    Zone2

    Canada， New Zealand， France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Singapore, Japan, and Thailand. Austria, Switzerland, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Spain, and Sweden.

    Freight：

    • Standard Shipping:  $4.99
    • Expedited Shipping: $50
      （If your area does not support the purchase, please communicate with customer service specific shipping costs while opening the privileged purchase channel in your area）

      (Large items such as cat trees and cat furniture can only be purchased in parts of the United States, Australia, or the United Kingdom, other areas need to inquire about shipping costs separately.)

      • Shipping Processing:

        • All orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packed within 1-3 business days. Shipping may be delayed by a few days if we encounter a large order. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.


      • Processing time：
        • Processing times may vary, but typically 2-5 business days for all domestic shipments unless the item is pre-ordered.

       

      • Shipping time：
        • 5-12 business days for all expedited shipping orders.
        • 12-30 business days for all standard shipping orders.
        • 3-7 business days for all in-stock products.

       

      • You will receive an order confirmation at the time of purchase and then a shipping confirmation with your tracking number via text message or email once the order has been processed. Please allow 1-2 days to start tracking your package. You can also contact us via email for assistance.  

       

      • Pre-Order:

      If not in stock, all US pre-orders will have to wait approximately 1-3 months. Packages will arrive within 3-7 business days if they are in stock.


         

          Holiday Shipping

          Shipping companies usually have a lot of shipping volume due to holidays. Shipping lines will take extra time to deliver. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

           

           

          What are duties and taxes and who pays them?

          Import duties are imposed by the local government, mainly (but not only) to protect the local economy and regulate international trade. Customs clearance and payment of import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. PETPETGIFTS is not responsible for customs procedures or any taxes charged to you when your purchases are delivered. Remember, import tax is not the same as shipping added to your order until you confirm your purchase. Import duties are not part of PETPETGIFTS and are usually collected by the carrier on behalf of your local customs authority.
